Board Meeting Announcement:

The regularly scheduled PCCS-CFA Board Meeting for the month of July has been cancelled and the board meetings will resume August 19, 2014 in the elementary auditorium at 7:00pm.  

Report Cards and End of Year Grades

Final report cards are scheduled to be mailed on Friday, June 13th.  Envelopes will include copies of student performances on EOGs and EOCs.  For elementary and middle school students, promotion or retention is indicated on the report card.  High school students are promoted based on total credit count.

Summer school for high school students

Students who earned a 55 or better average and who were in good attendance standing but did not pass a class are eligible to participate in summer school credit recovery.  The summer school session is June 16th through the 27th, 3 hours each day (either a morning or afternoon class) and the cost is $75 per credit recovery with a limit of two classes.  Registration is due by Thursday, June 12th--please contact Ms. Odom at 704-349-4643 or Ms. Friend at 704-349-4642 if you have questions.

The summer may be here but our preparations for the coming school year are already underway.  Both the elementary and high school campuses will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 until 3pm.  Administrators and the registrar's office are available to help with any summer questions you may have and we will continue to update the webpage with relevant information, like supply lists, as the summer progresses.
